We needed a simple and no or low-cost way to teach our sales team and customers what kinds of information they could obtain from our secure shopping and buying site and how to sign up for access. I created a PowerPoint presentation, wrote a script, and created the voice over for the presentation. I then combined these pieces into a single narrated presentation and published it as a .swf file to our server.
The sales team loved it and so did our customers because now they knew all the information available on the site and, once registered, they had 24/7 access to that information.
